La Finca de Marbella 2 is the natural progression and next element of the greater La Finca concept.

The development will consist of 35 independent villas with 3, 4 and 5 bedroom variations to choose from. The total plot size is just under 8200 m2, which also includes the Encina townhouses, while the villas will have a total area ranging from 383 to 477 m2. Construction is set to start in the winter of 2020 with completion in the winter of 2022. 

These villas will offer the same high qualities and design elements as all the other properties in the project, including two main villa designs with variations of interior kitchen layouts.

Located just east of Marbella town, Rio Real is one of the most established and desirable areas within the town boundaries. Supplemented by the solid infrastructure that luxury hotels and fine dining provide, it also hosts some of the finest golf courses and beaches on the Costa del Sol.
